Charles, originally from France has worked with Soneva Group and Kempinski Palace Djibouti prior to joining Amilla Fushi. He has also completed several internships and management trainee-ships around Europe and Asia. Charles leads his team with passion to make sure every interaction with our guests, is a rich experience.
Chef Lucas of mixed origins, French and Brazilian citizenship has worked with few Michelin-starred restaurants during his time in France, moved to Caribbean and Thailand before joining as the Executive Chef in Amilla Fushi. With multitude of cuisines and 13 nationalities in his brigade, Chef Lucas stays motivated and inspires his talented chef’s to be different and follow their passion.
